What this page covers
This notice describes the current editorial site and its local interactive tools. It does not describe the separate services linked from product articles. Those services have their own operators, terms and data-handling practices, which you should review before providing information or connecting a financial account.
The portal does not ask you to upload bank records, invoices, credentials or customer datasets. Worked examples use synthetic information. Do not enter confidential financial information or secrets into a worksheet intended for planning and review.

Reading pages and following links
The site serves articles, local assets and a feed. It uses Nuanu Analytics to measure readership and selected interactions. It does not include advertising trackers or a customer-account database. A browser still requests pages and assets over the connection used to access them. This notice does not claim that the browser, network or a separate hosting provider keeps no technical records.
The portal does not embed external product applications to process your worksheet. Clicking a product or source link takes you to the relevant external website. That destination receives the normal request from your browser and applies its own data practices. An affiliated product remains a separate service for this purpose.
Local worksheets and optional device storage
Checklist states, owner names and action notes are handled locally by the worksheet. Export controls create a file for you to download. The portal does not submit the worksheet to a server or automatically send it to a reviewer.
If you choose Save on this device, the worksheet uses browser storage on that device to preserve the entered state. Use the clear control to remove the saved worksheet, or remove the site's stored data through your browser settings. Someone using the same browser profile may be able to access locally saved information.
Closing a tab is not a reliable way to remove information you explicitly saved or downloaded. A downloaded export remains wherever you store it until you delete it. Use appropriate handling for any owner names or internal planning notes you choose to include.
Feeds, email and contact
The updates page offers an Atom feed. It does not collect an email address, store topic preferences or send a newsletter. Your chosen feed reader controls its own subscriptions and may have separate data practices.
No address for Finance Agent Index privacy requests is published here. MagicPay’s published contact is for its own product support, and its website is a separate service. Do not send portal privacy inquiries or sensitive worksheet notes to that support route on the assumption that it represents this site. [1]
If the site adds accounts, uploads or another data-processing feature, this notice needs to change to describe that implementation. The present notice makes no promise about unimplemented services, a universal retention period or a particular legal jurisdiction.
Nuanu Analytics on this publication
We use our self-hosted Nuanu Analytics service at analytics.nuanu.ai to measure page views, referring sources, browser and device information, approximate geography, and selected interactions with guides and tools. Each publication has a separate analytics site. The service receives the network information needed to handle its requests. Session replay, form-field capture, stored IP addresses and full URL query-string tracking are disabled for these publications.
Worksheet answers, owner names, action notes, uploaded-file contents and payment credentials are not sent to analytics. Local tool exports remain on your device. This site is hosted on our DigitalOcean server; ordinary network requests are processed to deliver it. We do not claim an unverified retention period or processing region.
You can disable Nuanu Analytics in this browser for this publication. The preference is stored locally; clearing browser storage removes it. Using a different browser or publication requires a separate choice.
